ENGLISH TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO EDUCATION 4.0 DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Teachers' Professional Development (PD) is one of the solutions to make teachers always improve their skills and adapt current issues. One challenges that have face nowadays Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0). Furthermore, development in time pandemic required. This study aims at investigating English teachers' professional education era during covid 19 pandemic. research was conducted on a member Teachers Support Group (MGMP) Subang, West Java. To collect data research, questionnaire semi-structured interview administered participants. The analysis found participants positive perspective towards PD Education Era with five factors (Time, Funding, time, School Principal, Colleague Influence, Culture); courses or workshop most helpful activity; last, availability facilities challenge using technology classroom. it known young teacher from public school has wide chance join activities; age, colleague principal influence participation MGMP event; determining teaching content implement covid-19
